Systems Engineer

• Perform Endpoint/identity/device-lifecycle engineering to reduce unauthorized discovery, lateral movement, credential misuse, and persistence
• Designs/maintains secure macOS & Windows workstation images (on-site + VDI/remote)
• Engineers patching/version control (Ivanti, KACE, Intune, GPO)
• Supports Intune/Autopilot enrollment with passwordless auth & hardware keys (YubiKey, CAC)
• Builds logging/telemetry into SIEM/EDR
• Runs assess→ recommend →approve → implement → validate workflow
• Produces runbooks and KT

• Consult with users to identify current operating procedures, clarify program objectives and elicit business requirements to effectively design solutions that meet their needs
• Systems analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of new or existing software applications and related duties as required
• Provide system support and maintenance
• Cross-team collaboration with technical and non-technical partners
• Follow established processes and procedures

IT Systems Developer I

• Actively lead and participate in discovery process in order to design and document system build specifications
• Validate all technical requirements
• Liaison between client wants and business needs
• Consult on best practice
• Stay up to date on product functionality and enhancements
• Assist with payroll, import and export conversations and support design/mapping
• Identify and solve for system or knowledge gaps
• Submit and liaise on product enhancements and bug fix requests
• Validate all technical requirements through testing
• Coordinate closely with build analyst to ensure aligned
• Participate in ongoing business process standardization
• Provide accurate and timely project communication, status and schedule updates to assigned client
• Create/interpret data mapping from source system(s) to target system

• Clearly communicate and present solutions to internal and external clients
• Participate in new client sales pursuits to demonstrate system functionality and answer questions

Implementation Systems Architect

• Analyze GPU/CPU hardware failures by evaluating system logs, performance data, firmware behavior, and workload interactions to determine root cause.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, and operating system layers to validate faults and identify appropriate remediation paths.
• Serve as a technical liaison with hardware vendors, providing detailed diagnostic data, interpreting vendor responses, and influencing resolution strategies.
• Determine and coordinate on-site hardware remediation activities based on technical analysis, system impact, and priority, including guiding vendors and internal teams on appropriate repair or replacement actions.
• Evaluate software and firmware versions to identify compatibility issues or contributing factors to system failures.
• Validate and certify system stability and readiness prior to returning hardware to production environments.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and recommend improvements to RMA workflows, vendor processes, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including failure analysis, troubleshooting methodologies, and resolution outcomes.
• Manage and contribute to technical case documentation within vendor portals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with diagnostic findings.

RMA Systems Engineer

• Build, maintain, and evolve a cross-platform design system.
• Manage design token architecture.
• Build and utilize MCP tools, skills, AI agents, and internal tooling.
• Create and maintain documentation, interactive playgrounds, and component showcases.
• Mentor engineers on design system best practices.
• Champion accessibility and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product designers to bridge design intent and engineering implementation.
