Systems Engineer

• Install, configure, and support Windows Server (2016–2025) and Windows 11.
• Manage Active Directory services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, File & Print Services).
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and backup operations.
• Manage OS patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Manage and support Microsoft technologies including SCCM, WSUS, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, SQL Server, IIS, and Tomcat.
• Apply security best practices following CIS, NIST, RBAC, ADGDLP, and Least Privilege principles.

Windows System Engineer

• Work together with the IT Systems Engineering team in the deployment of physical and virtual systems
• Improve and update current documentation
• Provide support for hypervisor management
• Provide other ad-hoc support for various internal stakeholders

Intern, Systems Engineering

• Support the full technical development of satellite missions—from early concept and requirements through to launch and in-orbit commissioning
• Coordinate system-level activities, manage interfaces, and ensure technical consistency across subsystems
• Maintain control of the system baseline and engineering documentation
• Participate in technical activities planning, including technical schedule and cost
• Manage core SE elements such as functional analysis, concept of operations, mission analysis, system modes, specification tree and requirements, interfaces and engineering database
• Participate in risk, opportunity and resolution plans
• Oversee sub-systems and software design, ensuring management and control of interfaces
• Provide technical input to Product Assurance activities
• Lead technical assessments, trade-offs, baseline definition and maintenance, budgets
• Write and maintain engineering documentation
• Manage system technical baseline and ensure change control
• Ensure development and validation planning for system, spacecraft and Ground Segment in line with technical and programmatic constraints
• Follow implementation phase ensuring successful execution of AIV/T phase
• Support Launch and In orbit commissioning
• Consolidate and iterate on the system engineering process at a company-wide level

Senior System Engineer

• Ensure continuous system operation and reliability in satellite operations
• Monitor system health and proactively address any potential issues
• Manage continuous deployment of software with a focus on minimizing operational risks
• Provide support for Software L1 to end-users and troubleshoot operational issues
• Restore nominal operations and document software changes
• Configure computing infrastructure at operation centers
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and monitoring in both Linux and Windows
• Lead project work schedules and anticipate/avoid problems
• Implement and enforce IT Security measures to safeguard system integrity
• Provide on-call support for 24/7 satellite control environment
