• Manage, maintain, and further develop Telecommunication Lab infrastructure
• Support R&D, Support, and external partners with testing and development needs
• Manage a variety of technologies including PBX systems, VoIP, network infrastructure, and monitoring tools
• Keep all equipment updated with secure firmware and software
• Monitor health system and ensure strong security across all components
• Provide user support for lab equipment and coordinate with vendors and partners
