• Play a key role in driving the growth and development of our Automotive business across the Nordic region.
• Manage and develop relationships with distributors, importers, and key channel partners to strengthen market presence and drive profitable growth.
• Ensure successful execution of our commercial strategy.
• Act as the main point of contact for our distribution network, ensuring alignment on business objectives, sales activities, and market development initiatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies/plans in the marketplace and deliver expected top- and bottom-line results for the segment in the allocated region.
• Provide feedback to understand how customers are utilizing our products and how well those products align versus competitive products.
• Primarily focus on key accounts e.g architects and specifiers.
• Travel regularly within the Nordic region to visit distributors, customers, and key stakeholders (Travel 3-4 days a week and 1-2 days in the home office).

Distribution Manager

• Lead a focused pre-study in an international manufacturing environment.
• Document the current state, including material flows, costs, service performance, and key operational challenges.
• Evaluate alternative supply chain models, including local, centralized, and hybrid options.
• Analyze business impact across financial and operational dimensions.
• Drive workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Present a clear recommendation with rationale, key trade-offs, risks, and high-level implementation considerations.
• Develop a standardized framework for future feasibility studies.

Supply Chain Project Leader

• Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Contribute to solution design, architecture decisions and configure ERP solution with a focus on supply chain processes
• Play an active role in ERP-related transformation and implementation initiatives
• Lead dialogue with stakeholders across functions and regions
• Ensure end-to-end process consistency across the ERP landscape
• Support and continuously improve our ERP platform
