• Leads or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information and financial flows, manufacturing and logistics.
• Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of cost, service and inventory.
• Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth.
• Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.

Supply Chain Specialist

• Build and Scale Supply Chain Capability
• Architect and implement scalable supply chain processes, systems, and vendor networks to support OPSWAT's hardware growth trajectory across APAC and globally.
• Define the operating model — from sourcing through delivery — and build the infrastructure to sustain it.
• Hands-On QA/QC Leadership
• Lead quality assurance and control across hardware assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging.

• Manage end-to-end shipping operations — domestic and cross-border — ensuring on-time delivery at optimal cost.
• Navigate customs processes, import/export documentation, and trade compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with freight forwarders and customs brokers to resolve issues proactively and keep shipments moving.
• Operational Metrics and Continuous Improvement
• Define and track KPIs across procurement, fulfillment, and QA/QC.
• Launch continuous improvement initiatives that raise quality standards and operational efficiency.

Director of Supply Chain

• Conduct research and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with other departments (e.g., procurement, operations, sales).
• Support supply chain performance measurement and reporting activities.
• Contribute to the development of presentations and reports.

Supply Chain Management Intern

• Collects, analyzes, and aggregates customer requirements into a comprehensive demand plan delivered to Supply Planning teams
• Uses trend analysis and other forecast techniques to assess demand risk or opportunities
• Collaborates with divisional business and commercial teams to incorporate customer demand information into the forecast

• Lead a team of Planners and Material Executives across planning, materials, and logistics activities.
• Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans aligned with PPG Aerospace objectives.
• Develop and execute demand, supply, and production plans aligned with aerospace customer forecasts, long-term agreements, and aftermarket requirements.
• Oversee MRP execution to ensure availability of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging in compliance with aerospace specifications.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, transportation, and distribution to OEM, MRO, and aftermarket customers.
• Work closely with main suppliers to improve delivery performance and quality.
• Define and track KPIs including OTIF, inventory turns, inventory accuracy, logistics cost, material shortages, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure full compliance with PPG policies, aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS/ISO), EHS requirements, and regulatory obligations.
