• Build and lead a globally integrated end-to-end supply chain organization, driving accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution across functions and regions.
• Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for Industrial and Dynapower, including transformation initiatives to enhance performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Own and deliver end-to-end supply chain performance (plan–source–make–deliver) across service (OTIF), cost, inventory, and cash.
• Lead and optimize global supply chain execution across manufacturing sites, suppliers, and logistics, ensuring reliable delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Drive procurement logistics excellence, including implementation of inbound logistics standards, supplier logistics directives, and EDI integration, while ensuring superior supplier delivery performance, transparency, and efficient material flow into operations
• Drive plant-level supply chain transformation, including value stream orientation, end-to-end planning integration, and operational excellence.
• Establish and lead SIOP as the central business planning and decision-making process, ensuring alignment of demand, supply, and financial commitments, and delivering long-term visibility and predictable performance against Annual Plan targets.
• Ensure strong Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), enabling short-term demand-supply balancing, rapid issue resolution, and disciplined execution.
• Align and continuously improve SIOP practices, systems, and tools to support different business models and enable scalable, data-driven decision-making.
• Own the end-to-end inventory strategy, including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and E&O, aligned with working capital targets.
• Drive digital transformation of the supply chain, including advanced planning systems, data transparency, and end-to-end visibility, and foster data-driven decision-making and self-service analytics.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement programs across the supply chain, leveraging industry best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to improve efficiency and performance.
• Lead global customer service and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business unit priorities and delivering superior customer experience.

Global Supply Chain Leader – Industrials

• Lead a small team responsible for global purchasing and logistics execution
• Ensure cost-efficient, high-quality, and reliable supply of products

• Evaluate end‑to‑end network performance, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics flows.
• Drive network modeling, scenario planning, and cost‑to‑serve analysis to support strategic investment and footprint decisions.
• Recommend network redesign or expansion strategies to meet business growth and service requirements.
• Lead major cross‑functional strategic initiatives such as supply chain transformation, productivity programs, and resilience improvement.
• Establish program governance, KPIs, milestones, and change‑management frameworks to ensure measurable results.
• Partner with regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment and resource coordination.
• Assess supplier landscape and collaborate with procurement to shape long-term sourcing and supplier strategy in China.

Supply Chain Strategy Director

• Owns the regional demand plan for the Protective Coatings business
• Supports the end-to-end demand planning cycle
• Provides data-driven insights for effective IBP decisions
• Leads Regional demand planning process and consolidates inputs into a validated forecast
• Analyzes demand drivers and monitors key KPIs to improve forecast performance
• Identifies demand risks and opportunities, communicating impacts to stakeholders
• Partners with key supply chain functions to align demand with supply capacity
• Facilitates monthly demand review cycles for regional S&OP process
• Supports ERP/planning system enhancements across planning and execution

Demand Planner

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods, ensuring high inventory integrity across all stages.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce recurring issues.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including quantity variances, mis-picks, material mix-ups, and ensure root-cause resolution.
• Ensure proper labeling, bin management, storage practices, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and overall organization across all warehouse zones.
• Oversee ERP/WMS transactions to ensure real-time data accuracy, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, and production consumption entries.
• Identify system errors or process gaps in ERP/WMS workflows and coordinate fixes, improvements, and support system enhancements or upgrades.
• Develop and enforce inventory control procedures, maintain audit-ready documentation, ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, SOPs, and lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and reporting by supervising the inventory team, managing KPIs (accuracy, cycle counts, stock turns, write-offs, aging), and partnering with purchasing, production, quality, and logistics to optimize inventory performance.

Inventory Manager

• Learn about and work in supply chain processes, like: - "Order to cash" (customer service, transport management), - "Make to inventory" (warehouse management), - Supply chain planning, - "Purchase to pay".
• Support the supply chain team in daily business in above mentioned areas.
• Participate in regional and global projects dealing with specific challenges in the supply chain processes.
• Driving smaller business specific- or project topics.
• Develop process automation in the SCM team on low code platforms (training provided, supported by IT-department).
