• Develop and implement 1–3 year Logistics category strategies aligned with business goals, including growth, innovation, ESG (including Scope 3), and end‑to‑end supply chain objectives.
• Build and execute category roadmaps with short‑, medium‑, and long‑term initiatives, unlocking value across supply and demand levers.
• Apply strategic frameworks (e.g. Kraljic Matrix, Porter’s Five Forces) to understand market dynamics, cost drivers, and supplier positioning.
• Drive cross‑divisional synergies across Packaging, Paper, and Recycling.
• Act as a trusted business partner to Supply Chain, Operations, and senior regional leadership.
• Align stakeholders around procurement strategies in a matrix organization.
• Lead change management and communication to successfully implement new commercial solutions.
• Monitor logistics market trends, economic developments, and supplier capabilities to optimize sourcing timing and outcomes.
• Develop supplier strategies that anticipate and mitigate risks (e.g. capacity, financial stability, compliance, ESG, data security).
• Lead end‑to‑end tendering and sourcing activities, including complex, multi‑country negotiations.
• Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to develop robust framework and project contracts.
• Manage and optimize the regional logistics supplier base using a defined segmentation model.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Subregional Procurement Logistics Manager – East EMEA

• Conduct demand analysis and capacity planning to ensure delivery reliability of materials and/or parts
• Follow processes, use methods and systems for demand planning
• Analyze sales leads and contract information from sales areas
• Derive capacity plans for production resources
• Develop and implement measures based on analyses
• Eliminate internal and external capacity bottleneck
• Support the Manager to coordinate with other departments

• Shape and drive the end‑to‑end supply strategy for new clinical trials.
• Translate complex study protocols into smart kit designs and robust supply plans.
• Ensure that every element is aligned for seamless study execution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead planning and delivery of a supply chain that meets the highest quality standards.
• Create and execute an effective clinical trial supply chain solution.
• Create master English label text in accordance with relevant regulatory framework.
• Create and maintain demand forecasts and packaging plans.
• Initiate packaging campaigns with the assigned vendor and provide oversight.
• Setup and monitor study assigned Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.
• Provide ongoing budget tracking activities.
• Maintain compliance on all assigned training and apply learnings to everyday practice.
• Lead client and vendor related meetings.
