SAP Functional Analyst – MM, Procurement & Supply Chain

• Own supply chain end-to-end for assigned portfolio companies, with cost efficiency and delivery reliability as primary KPIs
• Build, optimize, and scale inventory management systems—including demand forecasting, purchase order management, and fulfillment logistics—to support rapid growth trajectories
• Manage 3PL warehouse relationships and last-mile delivery operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely order processing
• Build and maintain manufacturer relationships, coordinating production schedules, quality standards, and lead times—including manufacturers based in China and the USA
• Lead new SKU launches end-to-end from a supply chain perspective—including product sourcing, packaging design and strategy, costing analysis, and production feasibility
• Drive margin improvement through packaging optimization, vendor negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives across the entire supply chain from manufacturing to final delivery
• Coordinate Amazon supply chain operations, including backend inventory management, packaging compliance, and troubleshooting with Amazon and agency partners
• Evaluate new channel feasibility, including wholesale opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations on operational readiness
• Leverage data to monitor, measure, and report on key supply chain metrics—generating insights and actionable recommendations to drive decision-making
• Design reusable systems and playbooks so supply chain infrastructure compounds across the portfolio rather than being rebuilt from scratch for each company
• Leverage AI, automation, and modern tooling to increase speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, customer support, and Operations Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution

Supply Chain Lead

• Modernize core platforms by executing high-impact foundational upgrades to improve runtime performance, enable new features and adhere to security requirements.
• Standardize frontend architecture by driving coordinated upgrades across our monorepo and micro-frontends, leveraging automated codemods to minimize manual refactoring for other teams.
• Scale automated governance by leveraging AI to evolve our use of tools from simple patch updates to automated, risk-based merging of non-breaking changes.
• Optimize build performance by partnering with teams to modernize our toolchain (e.g., Nx, Rspack, SWC) to drastically reduce CI wait times and the memory footprint of our applications.
• Eliminate technical debt by systematically identifying and remediate package vulnerabilities and version drift, moving Webflow to a proactive, "secure-by-default" posture.
• Champion developer velocity by acting as a champion, helping product teams navigate complex breaking changes in core libraries while maintaining a high bar for code quality and craft.
