• Support the development and execution of corporate strategies and mid- to long-term business plans
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and strategic business analysis
• Prepare strategic reports and materials for executive leadership and board discussions
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Support the formulation of mid-term management plans and business strategies
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead the execution of fundraising initiatives, including equity rounds and debt financing (bank loans/alternative financing)
• Coordinate the due diligence (DD) process, acting as a point of contact for data room management and investor inquiries.
• Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models (3-statement models) and high-quality pitch deck to support valuation and strategic decision-making.
• Support IPO preparation initiatives in collaboration with management and external advisors
• Lead the creation of high-quality financial materials, including the equity story and investor presentation decks, based on in-depth market research and benchmarking.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders (investors, auditors, and potential underwriters) after IPO
• Establish internal processes necessary for a public company, including compliance and governance readiness
