Technical Solutions Intern / Solutions Analyst Intern

• Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations and recommendations to prospects and customers.
• Develop technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews.
• Assist in response to Request for Proposals/Information.
• Represent BeyondTrust at Trade Shows, Seminars, and other Company Events.
• Use common Sales & Marketing applications such as Salesforce, Confluence, Skytap, etc.
• Support technical evaluations of our products, including the development of Proof-of-Concept Success Plans.
• Provide support for BeyondTrust Partners.
• Continue to develop both BeyondTrust product and industry knowledge.

• Work closely with pursuit teams, technical SMEs, and leadership to define, solution, and deliver complex customer transformation programs.
• Act as a key technical pre‑sales expert, leading solution architecture for public cloud (AWS, Azure), hybrid cloud, and on‑premises modernization initiatives.
• Provide high‑level and detailed consultative solution architecture and technical sales support for key customer opportunities.
• Understand customer business drivers and translate them into practical, scalable, and cost‑optimized technical architectures.
• Design public cloud (AWS, Azure), hybrid cloud, and multi‑cloud architectures, including landing zones, governance models, automation frameworks, and operational models.
• Develop high‑level and low‑level architecture documents, BoMs, migration plans, and technical solution descriptions.
• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and whiteboarding engagements.
• Architect modernization solutions for legacy on‑premises infrastructure.
• Develop strategies for on‑prem to cloud migration, including application re‑host, re‑platform, re‑factor, and consolidation approaches.
• Engage confidently with CxOs, IT Directors, Enterprise Architects, and infrastructure leads to discuss IT strategy, cloud adoption, and modernization paths.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and position DXC as a strategic advisor.
