• Van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de social media- en contentstrategie van vakantieparken en campings;
• Bedenken, creëren en optimaliseren van organische en betaalde campagnes via kanalen als Facebook, Instagram en TikTok;
• Ontwerpen van conversion-focused visuals in Canva en editen van video's in CapCut;
• Optimaliseren van websites via ParkCMS, schrijven van SEO-pagina's en opzetten van e-mailmarketingcampagnes;
• Beheren van budgetten en proactief bijsturen op basis van prestatiedata;
• Analyseren van voortgang in GA4 en dashboards, vertalen naar strategische adviezen en presenteren aan de klant;
• Bewaken van contentkalender, aansturen van projecten in Asana, fungeren als sparringpartner voor junior collega's.

Medior Social Media, Content Marketeer

• Je denkt actief mee over de social media aanpak van onze merken én helpt bij de creatie en optimalisatie van content.
• Je gaat o.a.: Doorvertalen van de social strategie en content van Weeronline in Nederland naar de Belgische markt.
• Meewerken aan de verdere ontwikkeling van social content voor Buienalarm.
• Social formats bedenken, testen en optimaliseren op basis van engagement en prestaties.
• Inspelen op social media trends en relevante inhakers bedenken.
• Zelfstandig ontwerpen van social visuals in Adobe en/of Figma.
• Content creëren voor verschillende social platformen.
• Resultaten analyseren en bijdragen aan de groei van bereik en engagement.

Social Media Intern

• Developing and implementing social media strategies and content plans for the entire Ebert HERA Group;
• Managing and optimizing channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and TikTok;
• Creating, planning and publishing content (texts, visuals, short videos and posts) that appeals to the specific target group;
• Monitoring performance using analytics tools and reporting on reach, engagement and growth, and translating this into concrete optimizations;
• Communication management, responding to questions and comments via social media and contributing to the online reputation;
• Supporting employer branding and recruitment: drafting and promoting job advertisements, setting up recruitment campaigns and assisting with recruitment via social channels;
• Coordinating and switching between the various brand identities and stakeholders (marketing, sales, HR, technical team);
• Setting up and optimizing social advertising campaigns (targeting, A/B testing, budget monitoring);
• Social listening and competitive analysis; proactively identifying opportunities and reputation risks;
• Collaborating with external partners (photographers, video production, agencies) and creating internal support.

Social Media Specialist

• Schedule social media content using Sprout Social, based on the content calendar prepared by the Social Media Manager.
• Maintain and update the Social Media Calendar within Sprout Social, ensuring content is published accurately and on time.
• Help produce visual and written content, including social-first photography and videography using an iPhone, simple graphics and carousels using Canva, and short-form videos using CapCut.
• Conduct research on social media channels to identify trends, campaign ideas and other opportunities to support ongoing strategy development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with wider Marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and operational developments.
• Stay informed of platform updates and social media best practices.
• Assist with coordinating casting and stock for content shoots.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Social Media Manager as required.

• Creating, posting, and maintaining the Hivos social media profiles.
• You have an eye on the key trends online, and you feel confident using platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Short-form video ideas are something you can turn around within a day or two from a short script to quick edits.
• You can take complex ideas from program research and extract key findings for our audiences online in well-designed posts and captions.
• You are able to spot an interesting idea with your colleagues and create a short video about it.
• You can help colleagues working on programs create a plan for content for events, research, and conferences.
• Recognizing and writing stories of impact.
• You have a knack for storytelling.
• Besides being naturally curious, you proactively engage with program teams around the world to identify important and newsworthy developments.
• You are able to translate these developments into content.
• Connecting our work to current affairs, sharing, and pitching.
• You follow (international) news closely and have a keen understanding of political developments.
• This means you need to be well connected to relevant international (media) platforms and journalists and get them interested in sharing content about our work and concerns.

Communications Officer – Social Media, External Platforms

• De Social Media Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de dagelijkse uitvoering van social media activiteiten.
• Deze rol draagt bij aan de zichtbaarheid en engagement van merken door middel van de ontwikkeling van creatieve en effectieve social strategieën die inspelen op trends en doelgroepbehoeften.
• Je combineert strategisch denken met hands-on contentcreatie — van het schrijven van social copy tot het produceren van beeld- en videocontent.
• Daarnaast adviseer je klanten proactief en zet je moderne tools, waaronder AI en content management platforms, slim in om kwaliteit en snelheid te waarborgen.
• Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar prioriteiten snel kunnen wisselen.
• Uitvoeren van social media strategieën en campagnes die aansluiten bij merkdoelstellingen, inclusief het beheren en optimaliseren van social media kanalen zoals Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn en TikTok.
• Vertalen van strategieën naar contentkalenders en het schrijven en optimaliseren van social copy per platform, met oog voor tone of voice en engagement.
