Social Media Community Moderator

• Own and execute Micron’s global social media strategy aligned to brand, campaigns, and business priorities
• Lead content planning, publishing, governance, and optimization across all social platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, including APAC, to align global and in-market priorities
• Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team while coordinating agency and creative partners
• Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize strategy using data and platform insights

• Work alongside the marketing team to learn social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing from the inside.
• Go through structured onboarding, bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with your supervisor, and a portfolio review at the end of your term.
• All work produced is reviewed before any use; expect feedback, revisions, and rework.
• Observe classes and practice photographing and recording with supervisor’s guidance.
• Draft Reels, TikTok-style videos, and graphics—plan on multiple rounds of feedback before anything is considered finished.
• Help organize existing assets in Brandfolder under your supervisor’s direct instruction.

Social Media, Marketing Intern

• Create engaging social media content across various platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
• Analyze social media metrics to track engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall goals.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Help organize and promote events through social media channels.
• Support the creation of promotional materials and graphics for online use.
