Social Media Manager

• The Social Strategist is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive social media strategies for clients across diverse industries.
• This role involves developing unique brand voices, managing influencer relationships, and overseeing A-Z content creation and execution.
• As a highly autonomous and creative team member, the Social Strategist navigates a fast-paced workload, actively participates in team collaboration, and remains at the forefront of industry trends to consistently drive innovative and impactful social media campaigns for clients.
• Create and execute comprehensive social media campaign strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience, including influencer relationships.
• Proficient in strategically driving influencer programming through identifying, vetting and slating influencer talent and creators for campaigns.
• Efficiently manage a dynamic workload, working independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for multiple client accounts.
• Craft compelling and on-brand copy and creative for social media posts and influencer campaign plans and briefs.
• Create and implement monthly content calendars that align with the overall social media strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes, actively bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, results, and recommendations for improvement.

Influencer Social Media Strategist

• Diseñar estrategias de social media e influencer marketing alineadas con los objetivos de cada cliente.
• Supervisar la planificación de contenidos: lineamientos creativos, calendario editorial, formatos y optimización por plataforma.
• Definir KPIs, liderar el reporting mensual/trimestral y presentar resultados con insights y propuestas de optimización.
• Gestionar campañas con influencers end-to-end: brief, scouting, negociación, contratos, aprobación de contenidos y performance.
• Colaborar con creatividad, estrategia, cuentas y analytics para integrar campañas 360°.

Head of Social Media, Influencers

• Successful end to end management & strategic oversight of designated paid media accounts.
• Meet pacing & KPI requirements for held accounts, ultimately working to move the goal posts & set improved performance expectations.
• Own all paid media strategy, project ideation, road-mapping & testing, leading the team with confidence & direction.
• Manage a small team of 1-2+ Media Managers (growing larger over time), delegating tasks & working to develop their strategic & technical skillsets.
• Work with Account Managers & the Media Director to identify client goals, priorities & efficiency requirements, ultimately improving Paid Media’s contribution to business success.
• Actively works to increase billing & channel support for existing media accounts & propose opportunities to expand media coverage for new accounts.
• Continually work to learn new strategies, test new platforms & expand Cardinal’s paid media offerings.
• Function as the primary point of contact both internally & externally for all ‘owned’ accounts responsible for pacing & performance of accounts.
• Responsible for generating reporting, writing insights & communicating with the client for designated accounts.
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of held accounts including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types and copy revisions.
• Full ownership of Paid Media strategy for assigned accounts, working with the Media Director as needed.
• Responsible for strategic ideation on all accounts, designing & adjusting campaign strategies to meet each client’s business goals (and internal objectives).
• Responsible for designing & deploying tests in accounts on a monthly & quarterly cadence (structural, targeting, creative & messaging, conversion, etc).
• Responsible for continual testing, verification & improvement of full-funnel structures.
