Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide and support teams working on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Channel Execution, and Customer-to-Cash processes
• Remove impediments to ensure teams can effectively deliver on sprint goals

SAP Channel Execution Scrum Master

• Lead Agile/Scrum processes across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Development, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies to drive organizational adoption.
• Remove impediments and proactively resolve risks to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery timelines.
• Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, predictability, team health) to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality delivery standards by promoting best practices in engineering and testing.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog, prioritize work, and align with business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment and manage team dynamics and conflict resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Guide the scrum teams and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Engaged development practices and daily activity. As well as actively promote prioritization, team readiness and commitment for each sprint.
• Partner with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of the product backlog across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with Program and Portfolio managers to ensure delivery is consistent with roadmap expectations and broader initiatives
• Communicate delivery of work product from the scrum teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness.
• Adhere to existing Software Development Lifecycle and release processes, to ensure all risk, security and development requirements are met.
• Facilitating and accountable for owning the Scrum ceremonies for the scrum team(s).
• Play role in driving Scrum adoption across all levels in the organization.

Salesforce Scrum Master

• Support Agile Scrum teams with sprint planning, backlog refinement, coordination, and execution
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track and manage action items, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and delivery tracking artifacts
• Support schedule coordination, milestone tracking, and team follow-ups
• Maintain visibility into deliverables, priorities, and program timelines
• Support communication between technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and release readiness activities
• Contribute to a structured, transparent, and well-organized delivery environment

Scrum Master – PM Support

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on SAFe and Scrum principles, practices, and mindset
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that block team progress, escalating as appropriate to program leadership
• Maintain and manage the team backlog in coordination with the Product Owner, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for sprint execution
• Track and report on sprint velocity, team capacity, and delivery metrics to program leadership
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured retrospectives and actionable improvement plans
• Coordinate dependencies and integration points with other Scrum Teams and functional workstreams
• Support PI Planning events and ensure team objectives are aligned with program-level goals
• Maintain team boards and Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps to provide real-time visibility into team status

Agile Scrum Master – Government Clearance Eligible

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and direction to a cross-functional team of SAP consultants and analysts
• Manage work intake, prioritization, and flow using Kanban boards and visual management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned workstream, interfacing with Deloitte program leadership and government stakeholders
• Conduct regular team stand-ups, workstream status reviews, and retrospectives
• Review and approve technical work products including functional specifications, test cases, and configuration documentation
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting workstream delivery
• Support resource planning, onboarding of new team members, and knowledge transfer activities

Team Lead – Kanban Manager

• Plan, execute, and oversee project activities using both traditional project management and agile methodologies to deliver project objectives within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach project teams and stakeholders in agile principles, frameworks, and best practices to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team performance or project progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, tasks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Support backlog prioritization and ensure alignment between business requirements and development activities.
• Monitor project performance metrics and adjust project strategies as necessary to address changing requirements or priorities.
• Foster a collaborative and iterative work environment that encourages transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support program leadership in maintaining compliance with contractual requirements, project governance standards, and reporting expectations.
