• Proactive Risk Management: You identify dependencies, scope creep, and technical debt before they become blockers.
• Real-Time Problem Solving: You're comfortable being put on the spot in client calls, stand-ups, or Slack threads.
• Communication & Alignment: You translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Partnership: You work directly with Client Stakeholders and internal APPLY teams.
• Engineering Leadership & Team Enablement: You foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
