• Rebuild and strengthen the foundations of Click&Boat’s search results so they can scale sustainably across markets
• Own and prioritize SEO initiatives across multiple properties, ensuring clear separation between Click&Boat and Boats Group marketplace workstreams
• Define and execute a robust on-page SEO and content strategy tailored to user intent, search opportunity and business priorities
• Lead technical SEO improvements across crawlability, indexation, internal linking, rendering and site performance in close partnership with Product and Engineering
• Design, run and assess SEO experiments through SearchPilot or equivalent testing methodologies to validate impact and guide decisions
• Analyze performance across markets, languages and property types to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into action
• Help embed SEO best practices across the organization by influencing cross-functional teams and championing a strong test-and-learn culture
