Test Automation Engineer

• Design and build quality systems end-to-end — not just add tests, but architect the framework, tooling, and processes that let the team ship with confidence.
• Build quality layer by layer: Set the vision of the layers (unit, integration, E2E, Load/Performance, Security, Chaos testing, etc) and guide the team through it by owning several layers of the guardrails.
• Be an active quality partner in your squad — engage in squad channels, cross team communication, take incoming asks, troubleshoot issues, and drive them to resolution; be the quality voice in standups, planning, and code reviews.
• Drive performance and load testing — collaborate with engineers on load test design and execution, build dashboards to monitor results, and establish ongoing monitoring practices.
• Be the champion of applying AI tooling in your everyday work as well as the work of your partners to have a cross functional team impact.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD to enable continuous testing and fast feedback loops from commit to production.
• Monitor test results and failures — diagnose root causes, track defects, work with engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, and improve signal quality over time.
• Champion contract and chaos testing — bring familiarity with contract testing patterns and chaos/resilience testing to identify systemic weaknesses before they reach production.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement — evaluate and evolve testing tools, methodologies, and reporting practices so the quality system stays relevant as the product grows.
• Collaborate on test planning with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to improve coverage and ensure test cases reflect real user scenarios.

Senior Software Engineer, Test – Org Modeling

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end workflows.
• Continuously expand automated test coverage using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Partner closely with developers to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality is built into every release.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and quality processes that support rapid product development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to review requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories to ensure clear, testable outcomes.
• Validate front-end, back-end, and AI-enabled functionality across multiple products and platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using established quality assurance methodologies.
• Assess production readiness and validate release quality prior to deployment.
• Develop and execute API, integration, and backend validation testing using modern testing frameworks and tools.
• Verify data integrity, system interoperability, and reliability across connected services and external integrations.
• Design and execute performance and scalability testing scenarios to evaluate system responsiveness and stability.
• Troubleshoot issues related to APIs, databases, and distributed system interactions.
• Support weekly production releases through testing coordination, validation, and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver demonstrations of completed functionality and provide feedback to development teams.
• Analyze quality trends and recommend improvements to testing strategies, tooling, and processes.

QA Automation Engineer

• Coordinate and collaborate with developers and functional analysts to create test plans and test scripts (Manual and Automated) in accordance with VA mandated testing documentation standards and templates.
