• Build and maintain deployment plans, including tracking milestones, task dependencies, and critical path activities
• Monitor and manage release schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and execute deployment and release activities with cross‑functional teams including software delivery, OCM, and Release Management
• Support development and implementation of deployment strategies, standards, and best practices
• Maintain clear documentation related to release and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, release management, and environment readiness
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to stakeholders and project leadership
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for deployment and release processes
• Support integration with Agile delivery cycles, CI/CD workflows, and SAP ChaRM processes

SAP Deployment Release Deputy

• The SAP Delivery Executive is directly accountable for successful execution and completion of an assigned portfolio of programs and projects.
• Responsible for a single engagement or domain within an account and acts as Delivery Executive for business critical engagements.
• Responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting.
• Lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgemini’s client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of client outcomes and results.
• Establish and maintain direct and transparent relationships with appropriate senior level client contacts for each program and/or engagement assigned.
• Work consistently, expeditiously and proactively with appropriate client counterparts to understand and address identified issues and/or provide guidance on avoiding future issues that would impede the success of the client outcomes/results.
• Work with each Engagement Manager to understand deficiencies and/or issues with required assets and personnel required for the success of the engagement and take steps to remediate identified concerns.
• Actively monitor the plan including progress activity updates, adjustments aligned with the SOW and associated CRs and agreed-to replanning activities.
