• Commission, configure, and troubleshoot ANYmal robots in diverse environments
• Conduct robot operator training and safety briefings
• Expand robot missions by adding inspection routes and points of interest
• Collaborate closely with diverse client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Travel frequently, often on short notice, to customer sites worldwide
• Collect and communicate valuable insights from customer deployments

Field Deployment Technician – Industrial Robotics

• Supporting the team on the automation backlog and shipping new workflows by leveraging available tools, built on top of our CRM.
• Running pilots of internal AI agents, from setup and pilot testing to rollout, feedback collection, content updates, and integration into the tools the team already uses.
• Support in prototyping AI-powered onboarding tools for new hires, supporting scoping, building, and piloting.
• Building and maintaining documentation across every workflow and automation, which becomes the foundation for training and scaling our internal AI Agents.
• Partnering with stakeholders across BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Ops, Business Intelligence, and Product to ship workflows that actually get adopted.
