• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify optimization, standardization, automation, or elimination opportunities, supported by data and measurable impact
• Own automation and digital solution recommendations, including expected benefits, risks, and alternative approaches
• Elicit, structure, and validate business requirements in close cooperation with Business Process Owners, ensuring development-ready documentation (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units by proactively identifying improvement opportunities and guiding stakeholders toward suitable automation, analytics, or AI solutions
• Evaluate and apply emerging automation, data, and AI technologies to real business problems in alignment with architectural and security standards
• Serve as the primary bridge between business and development teams, supporting delivery from analysis through UAT and go-live
• Support post‑implementation value tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
