• Responsible for measuring and identifying technical risks within First Interstate Bank's (FIB) infrastructure and third-party solutions.
• Perform testing to validate systems and application security configurations continue to meet industry and FIB architecture and security standards.
• Establish and leverage risk metrics and dashboards to continuously assess and report on technical risk.
• Provide guidance on IT security architecture and configurations based on the risks and controls evaluated.
• Leverage technical knowledge to assist in developing and enhancing cyber and information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Work with Enterprise Architecture to assist in developing and enhancing the information security architecture standards and IT security technology roadmaps.
• Research and evaluate proposed new technologies and platforms to ensure appropriate technical security controls are specified in the requirements and are in alignment with security reference architecture and security controls framework.
• Provide security consulting on projects to ensure solutions are designed in accordance with security architecture and that security configurations are properly implemented.
• Perform technical security assessments against FIB’s existing infrastructure and products to ensure compliance with security architecture, policies, standards, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Monitor and mature the risk-based IT security metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to track cybersecurity performance and trends across the organization.
• Assist the business in identifying root causes and develop mitigation for deficiencies.
• Work with various groups during product upgrades or new product design to ensure security best practices are implemented.
• Perform technical reviews of third-party cyber and information risk.
• Research emerging technologies in support of security enhancement and development efforts.

IT Risk Analyst, Level II

• Evaluate health plan performance using advanced analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across Medicaid populations
• Design and execute complex analyses leveraging medical and pharmacy claims, encounter, provider, and membership data
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights to drive health plan strategies and decision-making
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools
• Support development of data models, forecasting approaches, and performance measurement frameworks
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting and analytical outputs
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and advanced analytics
• Communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support compliance with CMS and state Medicaid requirements through accurate, timely reporting and analysis

Senior Informatics Manager, Risk Adjustment Analytics

• Develop and execute a comprehensive safety and risk management strategy for all corporate and franchise operations
• Establish safety standards, policies, procedures, and best practices that support operational excellence and risk reduction
• Create and manage company-wide safety scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Lead initiatives designed to reduce workplace injuries, vehicle accidents, cargo claims, and insurance losses
• Foster a culture of accountability, leadership, and safety ownership across all levels of the organization
• Provide executive leadership with regular reporting and recommendations regarding safety trends, risks, and corrective actions
• Serve as the organization's primary authority on regulatory compliance and monitor regulatory changes
• Oversee the company's captive insurance programs and risk management initiatives
• Analyze workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability and cargo claims and implement proactive loss prevention strategies
• Develop and deliver safety certification programs for franchise owners and operational leaders
• Build and lead a high-performing safety and risk management function
