QA Engineer

• Your tasks will be:
• - Finding and verifying issues in applications on web-based systems, essentially taking on the role of a detective in the world of code.
• - Creating and maintaining test cases, regression tests, and smoke test suites for multiple software projects. You'll be like the custodian of quality, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• - Working closely with the project team (fellow software testers, developers, UX designers, and analytics experts) to really, absolutely, 100% understand the application, requirements, and our client's needs.
• - Developing feature test scenarios and test executions, while reporting findings in all scenarios to ensure that no stone (or rather, bug) is left unturned.
• - Identifying risks during the development cycle and escalating accordingly with possible solutions or steps for mitigation. People love hearing about problems when they also hear a solution.
• - Conveying any issues, concerns, and feedback to the team. We also love hearing about problems so we can develop a solution.

• Analyzing quality data from multiple enterprise systems (including SAP, Salesforce and others) to identify patterns, gaps and opportunities for data-driven quality improvements.
• Defining which data assets are relevant for quality use cases and specify how data from different systems should be accessed, interpreted and used — in close collaboration with our Digital execution team.
• Translating business quality challenges into concrete data science and AI/ML problem statements, acting as the domain-aware bridge between Quality Engineering and the Digital team.
• Supporting our Digital team in delivering centralized quality reporting solutions, providing harmonized insights and KPIs to business stakeholders across GE Vernova's global business lines.
• Developing and validating Machine Learning models that support preventive and predictive quality use cases, contributing to our Quality 5.0 vision.
• Leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to build intelligent quality tools that augment human decision-making and automate quality workflows.
• Collaborating closely with Data Engineers and AI/ML engineers to ensure that data requirements are correctly understood and implemented at pipeline and infrastructure level.
• Building and maintaining a deep understanding of Semantic Data Models to ensure consistent data interpretation across quality applications and business systems.
• Engaging with internal business line stakeholders to understand their quality data needs, gather requirements and iterate solutions based on real-world feedback.
• Contributing to the evolution of the Digital Quality Suite, bringing innovative ideas and a forward-thinking mindset to continuously improve our quality tooling landscape.
• Documenting analytical findings, model performance and data definitions clearly to ensure transparency and reproducibility across the team.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML and data science, proactively proposing new approaches that could enhance our quality solutions.

Junior Data Scientist – Qualité, Ingénierie, IA/ML

• Performing manual testing tasks across all required levels to ensure software products meet specifications and business requirements.
• Planning: Developing test plans and test cases based on specifications and business requirements.
• Execution: Carrying out manual system and integration testing.
• UAT Support: Supporting the coordination of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
• Defect Management: Logging, tracking, verifying, and closing defect tickets.
• Quality Assurance: Performing regression testing to ensure continuous stability.
• Reporting: Documenting test results (Test Reports) and reporting directly to the Test Manager.
• Traceability: Maintaining and updating the requirements traceability matrix.

Tester

• Join our global Agile team and help ensure the quality of our web applications
• Perform manual testing of new and existing features, exploring edge cases and unexpected behaviors
• Write clear, structured test cases and keep them up to date as features evolve
• Create high‑quality bug reports with reproducible steps, expected vs. actual results, and all relevant details
• Support the verification of bug fixes and help prevent regressions in our product
• Learn how to run and interpret automated tests (e.g. Codeception or Playwright) with guidance from experienced QA engineers
• Take part in technical and product discussions to better understand requirements and potential risks
• Actively participate in our regular Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
