QA Engineer

• Provide operational leadership for quality assurance and regulatory affairs supporting the Hong Kong market
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective quality management system execution
• Safeguard patient safety and manage quality and regulatory risk
• Partner with local market stakeholders, regional leadership, and Global QARA teams
• Lead and manage QARA activities for product registrations and lifecycle management
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and responses to health authority inquiries
• Monitor regulatory, quality, and enforcement changes applicable to Hong Kong
• Support regulatory inspections, quality audits, and compliance assessments

• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective quality management system execution.
• Partner with local market stakeholders, regional leadership, and Global QARA teams to support product lifecycle activities.
• Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs activities to support product registrations and renewals.
• Monitor regulatory, quality, and enforcement changes applicable to Hong Kong and assess potential impacts to products.

• Mainly responsible for delivering Quality Assurance assessments and periodic checking on company web and mobile applications
• Plan, develop, implement and manage the QA tasks within software development cycle
• Participate in requirements review and write test cases in detail
• Report defects/issues with detailed steps to reproduce
• Support production issues to identify root causes
• Quick response to adhoc tasks assigned by Business
• Prepare regression reports with detailed findings / bug report and test reference
• Provide feedback and communicate with associates on improvement strategies and solutions
• Work closely with Quality Assurance lead to ensure the coverage of testing
• Design, implement and execute automated tests for BE services, APIs, UIs, etc
• Familiar with API testing (Postman etc.), with certain database testing capabilities (such as PostgreSQL etc.)
• Execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user-acceptance testing across web, mobile (where applicable), and API layers, and confirm release readiness before each deployment

• Design and execute white-box and grey-box test strategies for Java-based backend services, including unit, integration, and API testing
• Read and analyze Java source code to identify edge cases, logic flaws, and potential risk points
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks and test tooling for financial backend systems
• Collaborate with developers on code reviews, test coverage analysis, and CI/CD pipeline quality gates
• Test and validate blockchain transactions, web3 wallet operations, and on-chain/off-chain data consistency
• Investigate production issues, trace root causes through logs, DB records, and service call chains
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., LLM-assisted test generation, log analysis, code review) to amplify testing efficiency
