QA Engineer

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of manual QA engineers in Tallinn, supporting both performance and career growth
• Manage day-to-day team operations, including planning, workload balancing, prioritization, and delivery follow-up
• Act as the primary local point of contact between the Tallinn QA team and remote leadership
• Ensure clear goals, expectations, and accountability within the team
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of QA team members
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure testing priorities align with business needs
• Oversee testing activities, defect management, and quality reporting across ongoing deliveries
• Review and improve QA processes, workflows, and team ways of working
• Define and maintain release readiness criteria to ensure high-quality product launches
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource needs, escalating where needed
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to broader QA strategy and standards
