QA Automation Engineer

• Responsible for understanding the needs of the business, providing solutions to improve efficiency, and supporting solutions implemented within the enterprise
• Serves as a liaison between business operations and automated solutions with an emphasis on workflow architecture

• Maintain source level control of all workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve all defects and incidents in a timely manner

Lead Automation Engineer

• Leads and oversees the work of a group of Automation Design Engineers
• Reviews and approves design drawings, user manual and installation manual
• Works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project time line and budget
• Leads the team in review, understanding and interpretation of requirements to ensure all specifications are integrated into the design of automation equipment
• Leads design engineers in review of design and manufacturability of design

Automation Engineer

• Contribute to basic equipment reliability improvements using established engineering tools and methods

• Designs automation equipment in respective areas of expertise, e.g., Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Software Application.
• Works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project time line and within budget.
• Reviews, understands and interprets requirements/specification accurately for integration into design of equipment.
• Ensures design for manufacturability.
• Acts as liaison with internal and/or external Assemblers/manufacturer of equipment to ensure all parts are manufactured to the design.
• Generates design drawings, installation manual, and user manual.
• Ensures all engineering times are logged into tracking system correspondent to the projects.

Automation Engineer III

• Support the design, analysis, and integration of robotics, automation technologies, and related equipment and tooling
• Assist with the development and testing of preventive maintenance plans
• Support interim solutions for damaged or unsafe equipment
• Document engineering changes
• Ensure equipment and tooling configurations follow standard operating procedures
• Contribute to basic equipment reliability improvements using established engineering tools and methods

• Designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and equipment to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Working closely with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams to deliver robust automation solutions
• Creating mechanical, electrical, and control system designs, including drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Programming and debugging PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems, and test equipment
• Leading automation projects from concept through installation, validation, and production ramp-up
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing automated equipment to improve uptime, yield, and cycle time
• Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and process engineers to define automation requirements
• Supporting equipment acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) and production qualification
• Working with external vendors and integrators on equipment design, build, and commissioning
• Ensuring automation solutions meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Developing documentation including work instructions, maintenance procedures, and training materials
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new automation projects.

Automation Engineer II

• Responsible for supporting business unit(s) with the development and maintenance of automated solutions for various processes and systems using a standard set of tools and technologies.
• Help drive the company's Automation Transformation, effectively partnering with business unit(s) to deliver efficient, holistic automation solutions with speed and scale that generate best value for the organization.
• Reports to the Lead Automation Engineer.
