QA Automation Engineer

• Design and build automated workflows that integrate AI tools and APIs into existing systems
• Identify manual or inefficient processes and engineer smarter, scalable solutions
• Work with tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms to connect applications and automate tasks
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and AI services such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar into operational workflows
• Write clean scripts and code to support automation pipelines (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Monitor, test, and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and deliver solutions
• Document processes, systems, and workflow logic clearly
• Stay up to date with developments in AI tooling, automation platforms, and best practices
