QA Automation Engineer

• Develop and maintain EAG/API-gateway automation components that integrate with Government-approved CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and validate configuration-as-code, pipeline-compatible deployment artifacts, gateway promotion workflows, API validation gates, and migration automation components.
• Support automated checks for API specification quality, governance compliance, Zero Trust controls, telemetry, configuration drift, and production-readiness evidence.
• Build automation and validation evidence that supports PWS automation outcomes, including 75 percent manual onboarding reduction, 90 percent automated onboarding success rate, and 100 percent Zero Trust/governance compliance prior to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot gateway-side CI/CD integration issues, including deployment failures, configuration errors, credential/certificate dependencies, environment promotion issues, and validation gate failures.
• Support Git-based version control, branching, pull/merge request workflows, artifact repositories, and release evidence.
• Coordinate with Government CI/CD, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, identity, network, and release teams for platform-owned dependencies.
• Produce pipeline documentation, automation runbooks, validation logs, deployment evidence, rollback steps, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Gateway Automation Engineer

• Responsible for the implementation, operation, and continuous optimization of MiTek’s Microsoft endpoint management, and automation platforms.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and compliance of the enterprise Intune environment.
• Focused on execution, with accountability for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting production systems while advancing automation, compliance, and repeatable deployment practices through scripting and API-driven solutions.
• Implement and optimize the Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) platform.
• Execute against remediation and improvement roadmap.
• Build and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access.
• Manage application deployment, patching, and update strategies.
• Support device enrollment and lifecycle management (e.g., Autopilot).
• Maintain monitoring and reporting to ensure platform health and auditability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Ensure operational stability and performance of endpoint and identity services.

• Contribute to audit readiness and evidence generation through automation.

• Develop and operate scalable AI applications from the backend logic, while focusing on security and operational excellence
• Apply Agentic coding practices to develop new and AI augmented features for the application
• Participate in technology roadmap discussions to turn business requirements into functional autonomous solutions
• Write, debug, and troubleshoot code in mainstream open-source AI technologies and maintain the code base for a Data Analytics and validation platform
• Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams
• Perform system validation and ongoing support for application
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues
• Document code/processes so that any other developer is able to dive in with minimal effort
• Integrate our systems with existing internal systems
