QA Automation Engineer

• As a core technical member of the DevSecOps team, you will transition security from manual processes to automated pipelines. Your responsibilities include:
• Develop, orchestrate, and automate AI agent workflows (leveraging large language models and autonomous security tools) to proactively scan, identify, and validate vulnerabilities across our codebase and infrastructure.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation scripts and integrations for our security toolset (e.g., SAST/DAST in CI/CD pipelines, automated in-house scanning capabilities, and CSPM).
• Automate the tracking, reporting, and follow-up of vulnerability remediation actions across infrastructure and applications.
• Participate in technical security audits and penetration tests, using findings to author new automated detection rules.
• Share knowledge, document automated workflows, and assist engineering teams in adopting secure-by-default and automated practices.

Security Automation Engineer

• Support the execution of Malt’s internal AI roadmap for H2 2026; contribute to building Dust and n8n workflows integrating Salesforce, Zendesk, BigQuery, and Slack
• Build adoption dashboards to track agent usage and iterate on Knowledge Base segmentation to reduce hallucinations
• Contribute to designing and building evaluations for our internal AI agents (accuracy, hallucination rate, knowledge-base coverage)
• Implement reliability patterns on the automation platform and document architecture patterns with guidance from the team
• Support the AI Academy program to empower our AI Champions & Builders to drive transformation across departments: create training materials, workflow templates, and best-practice guides
• Co-facilitate buildathons and track AI Academy Builder program KPIs
