• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring quality, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities to implement innovative technologies and enhance digital electrical solutions.

Senior Automation Engineer

• Design optical test scenarios and use cases across Optical SDN and transmission environments.
• Develop software frameworks and automation solutions for testing Optical SDN Controllers and Optical Network Elements.
• Create and maintain automated test execution software for area controllers, optical cross-connects, and lab equipment.
• Enable remote testing solutions and automation capabilities within centralised optical labs.
• Deliver and maintain methodologies for test automation integrated with SDN stack architectures, including area and hierarchical controllers.
• Act as product owner for the optical automation test catalogue and manage its lifecycle.
• Execute and document automated type approval testing for optical technologies and SDN controllers.
• Collaborate with GDC and OSS teams to support SDN controller integration within virtualised and OSS environments.
