QA Automation Engineer

• Help build and maintain a new SOAR automated response platform using Torq.
• Build automated SOC response tools, automation programs, incident response workflows, etc.
• Perform various Security team tasks as needed.
• Be available to support the on-call response team, occasionally on an “as needed” basis during off-hours to respond to potential security incidents.

Senior SecOps Incident Response Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions leveraging AI, AI Agents, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Develop scripts and applications using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, YAML, and JSON.
• Build and manage automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, and related platforms.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agent Builder, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Application teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on automation and DevOps initiatives.
