• Inform and inspire employees and drive business priorities across the enterprise.
• Develop, implement and measure employee, executive, culture and change communications plans and tactics.
• Be a storyteller: Conceptualize, procure and produce a wide array of inspirational content about our people, technologies, successes and business capabilities.
• Write, edit, distribute and measure strategic and timely business announcements, news items, digital content, articles and videos.
• Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to business partners.
• Develop and measure leaders’ announcements, talking points, speeches, video scripts and speaker prep memos.

• Cross-trained in all social media responsibilities, including writing and scheduling posts, creating graphics or photo posts in Canva, and compelling Instagram stories
• Partner with the Public Relations Director to prepare background materials for interviews
• Develop talking points, key statistics, and impact highlights
• Ensure spokespersons are equipped with accurate, up-to-date information on Mercy Chefs operations
