Project Manager

• Work in Korat slider factory reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager
• Manage internal Slider factory team to monitor factory performance-related issues and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with internal Slider factory team to address the customers’ qualifications-related issues
• Develop all Slider/HGA communications such as Slider/HGA notification and Slider alert letter to downstream for Slider or HGA related issue (Slider/HGA through Drive)
• Act as Slider/HGA Representative and facilitate RHG (Recording Head Group) and Drive meetings
• Engage with CRB (Change Review Board) as approval role
• Update weekly Slider/HGA product performance both internal and external issues to the management team

Staff Program/Project Manager – Product & Strategic Operations Management, Factory Core Team

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate product roadmaps into well-defined requirements and managed backlogs.
• Support Scrum teams in achieving sprint goals, facilitate communication, and assist in coordinating team activities and task assignments.
• Assist in planning product releases and setting clear expectations for the delivery of new features.
• Monitor milestones, track project progress, and report status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or risks for escalation and support the management of changes within the project scope.
• Gather feedback and ensure alignment across various departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist with specialized project tasks as required by company executives.

Project Manager – Mid/Senior

• The Installation Project Manager (IPM) is responsible for liaising with the customer during the project planning process
• The IPM coordinates with the customer to obtain information regarding the setup of HVAC, and the components and staff required to complete a full installation
• Manage, measure, and monitor projects to ensure installation projects are in compliance with site safety protocols
• Create project implementation plans including work breakdown, external vendor requirements, and project schedule
• Onboard and manage external vendors to assist in the installation and oversee the project to successful completion within time and cost parameters
• Ensure appropriate training is delivered to enable proper installation
• Work directly with the customer to ensure that support is available when needed and that expectations will be met or exceeded through the execution of the project
• Develop the implementation process, continuously improving the process and tools following each successful install
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure the product is suitable and available for the customer
• Travel to various locations (internationally) and oversee the physical onsite installation process from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that installations are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
• Provide detailed reports demonstrating the installation and any feedback to aid in product development and customer happiness
• Provide technical support to manufacturing & product teams to meet customer requirements.

Installation Project Manager

• บริหารและติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการก่อสร้างและต่อเติมสาขา 24 Garage
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของ Project Coordinator ให้จัดทำเอกสารและลงข้อมูลในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง
• วางแผนและติดตามงบประมาณโครงการ (รายรับ–รายจ่าย / Cash Flow) ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
• ตรวจสอบรายงานความคืบหน้าและคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างจากทีม Site Engineer
• ประสานงานร่วมกับ Construction Manager เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานและเร่งรัดความคืบหน้าโครงการ
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในส่วนการเงิน เช่น การจ่ายเงินล่าช้า หรือการบริหารงบไม่ตรงตามแผน
• ดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในแต่ละโครงการ พร้อมเข้าช่วยสื่อสารหรือ “เข้าชาร์จ” เมื่อต้องการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
• สรุปสถานะโครงการรายสัปดาห์ และเสนอรายงานให้ผู้บริหารทราบ
• ออกหน้างานเป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อประเมินความคืบหน้าและคุณภาพงาน

Project Manager – Construction, Renovation

• This position is responsible for leading the business project under Contract Logistics Organization
• Ensure under the direction of the implement project plan that the job holder successfully achieves the implement targets for all project activities
• Ensure effective and efficient project delivery
• Manage the overall project planning, controlling, status reporting stability and project delivery
• Identify and manage the risks, issues and changes of the project and ensure the resolution or mitigations are implemented with well control
• Build strong relationships and demonstrate leadership to gain trust with key project stakeholders and customers
• Effective collaborative and cross function working for project planning, timely status, resources, quality of tasks and budget control
• Assist in the development of quality logistics proposals for potential clients
