Project Manager

• Manage acquisition - development, series and special projects in terms of results, costs, timing and acceptance by the awarding authority and stakeholders
• Plan, supervise and control project progress following the company product development process, obtain and secure the necessary commitments and approvals
• Prove, plan, approve and integrate changes into the project planning and implement them into the product and serial production
• Plan, order and approve prototypes according to internal and external needs
• Investigate actual variances to the project planning and risks related to timing, profitability and technical realization at an early stage; work out adequate proposals
• Represent and promote the project internally and externally, prepare and provide project reporting, manage the project communication and guarantee continuous and complete project documentation
• Prepare, realize and manage regular customer meetings; support the customer with any project related matter under consideration of the BHTC objectives, interests and competence guidelines
• Acting as face to our customers and internal contact partners

• Lead and manage our SAP template implementation or related financial services, i.e. E-Invoicing, SAP country rollout, SAP Upgrades and Reporting Solutions.
• Develop finance projects from the initiation stage to operation – following our standard PMO process and governance.
• Handle task and time management of external partners, service providers, and consultants.
• Manage the projects and subsequent task alignment of project members, including potential country implementation across all project stages, starting from business case initiation to hypercare.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs — from initial scoping and planning through execution to release
• Go beyond status reporting: proactively identify blockers, dig into problem areas, and drive resolution together with the team
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders) in multinational and hybrid setups
• Own risk and issue management — surface problems early, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership
• Communicate project progress, key decisions, and release plans clearly and consistently
• Drive change management and support the adoption of new processes, tools, or platforms
• Work closely with technology leadership to align delivery with the broader technical and business roadmap
• Create and maintain clear project documentation — plans, reports, and decision logs
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams

Senior Project Manager / Program Manager

• Manage end-to-end installation and deployment projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed scope, standards, and processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during deployment.
• Secure customer acceptance and support transition to operational support teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer value.

Implementation Project Manager – IPM

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of project managers responsible for tech transfers, and major changes at CMOs
• Own the portfolio for all OSD external manufacturing transfers, scale‑ups, and network optimization projects
• Ensure flawless planning and execution of TTs, site switches, scale‑ups, and validation
• Partner with R&D, MS&T, GNPS, Portfolio, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, and Finance
• Implement structured risk tools across all projects
• Track and control budgets; ensure transparency in CMO pricing and cost drivers
• Enhance PM processes, tools, KPIs, and governance

Director, Project Management TL, OSD Technology Transfers

• Lead and manage assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Prepare project budgets and track costs in line with scope and resource requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines and work plans.
• Ensure research projects are set up correctly to support high-quality and reliable data collection.
• Configure and launch projects on the appropriate research platforms as needed, ensuring accuracy and full readiness for data collection.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and any required adjustments.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively.
• Follow internal processes, procedures, and accountability frameworks.
• Develop and nurture trusted collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party vendors and internal teams.

• Overseeing the implementation and execution of home visits as outlined in the clinical trial protocol
• Collaborating with clients, internal departments, and external vendors
• Developing study-specific plans, training materials, and timelines
• Mentoring, guiding, and supporting junior team members
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws

Global Project Manager – Home Trial Services

• Acting as the primary contact point for project-related matters
• Managing client’s expectations to make sure the client is satisfied with services of PrimeVigilance
• Preparing project scope and objectives based on the signed agreement between the client and PrimeVigilance
• Project activities planning, including deadlines and interim milestones
• Reporting for the client and the PrimeVigilance management, e.g., preparation of Monthly reports, serving as basis for invoicing
