Production Engineer

• Provide services and support as a Production Engineer [Independent Engineering (IE) Advisory Services] aligned with the Technical Due Diligence & Engineering Validation For Upstream Oil & Gas (Exploration / Production) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Energy Industry (Oil, And Gas/Power, And Utilities) Industry Sector focussing on RM | Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) | DOE Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Program.
• Serves as a Production Engineer within the Technical Due Diligence & Engineering Validation For Upstream Oil & Gas (Exploration / Production) swim lane, delivering bankable, technically defensible Independent Engineering advisory services by converting discipline-specific engineering, construction, compliance, operating, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence, monitoring, certification, and decision-support outputs.
• Reviews project documentation, evaluates technical and commercial interfaces, identifies risks and mitigations, validates assumptions, supports conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable, and prepares defensible work products including production analyses, well surveillance, nodal analysis, optimization plans, and production forecasts.
• Coordinates with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to support timely lender and DOE decision-making.

• You will be part of an DGX Cloud team responsible for production systems that enable large scalable GPU clusters to be used for a variety of AI workloads.
• This includes working on custom software related to GPU asset provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management across cloud providers.
• Implementing monitoring and health management capabilities that enable industry leading reliability, availability, and scalability of GPU assets.
• You will be harnessing multiple data streams, ranging from GPU hardware diagnostics to cluster and network telemetry.
• Working with teams across NVIDIA to ensure production AI clusters run reliability and consistently with maximum performance.
• Evaluating system failures and improving services based on a well-defined incident management process.

Senior Production Engineer – DGX Cloud

• Devise and champion a long-term infrastructure strategy
• Manage and grow a world-class team of Production Support Engineers
• Lead the transition to a multi-region and multi-substrate deployment model
• Oversee the maintenance of legacy environments and bespoke customer deployments
• Ensure our infrastructure meets strict regulatory and data-residency requirements
• Define and hold the team accountable to SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security leadership
• Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices
• Contribute to building and maintaining the shared system context
• Evaluate code (Human or AI-generated) for correctness, quality, security, and performance

Director of Production Support Engineering

• Own the reliability roadmap for major product areas.
• Partner with PMTS-level engineers to refine infrastructure strategy.
• Maintain and evolve automated environments.
• Support scaling of AI/ML infrastructure.
• Lead the hardening of observability stack.
• Deep-dive into SQL optimization, API latency, and cross-service communication.
• Contribute to building and maintaining shared system context.

Production Support Engineer

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering
• Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures
• Acquire resources for organizational activities and provide technical management
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, partners, and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
• Work with engineering leaders to define the Production Engineering MRO Playbook

Production Engineering Leader

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering across multiple locations and business units
• Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• Acquire resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manage, develop and motivate employees and mid-level managers
• Work with BGS MRO Engineering Leaders, MRO Strategy Steering Team to define and Production Engineering MRO Playbook outlining job roles, MRO statement of work, skills and training, and top level MRO specific processes and tools
• Update requirements, processes and local level documentation for MRO workflow focus alignment with industry standards and requirements
• Partner to adjust management system, culture, and operating rhythm to serve MRO operating style, moving toward industry standards
• Ensure PE Design Practice Ecosystem captures all aspects of the MRO business
• Ensure PE command media taxonomy captures all aspects of the MRO business
