Production Engineer

• Defines and leads the engineering approach for solutions at the program or portfolio level
• Delivers significant business outcomes and continuously improves design, quality, and reuse of the solution
• Leads the planning, definition, and design of complex features spanning multiple teams
• Creates ideas on designing complex technology and solution development approaches
• Leads and is responsible for the end-to-end test strategy and integration between teams
• Owns and maintains the production stability backlog, prioritizing and resolving Production Known Errors (PKEs)
• Drives root cause analysis for high-impact and recurring issues to deliver preventative actions
• Ensures user queries and incidents are acknowledged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
• Provides clear communication during incidents, escalations, and post-resolution activities
