Production Engineer

• Provide on-site field service support through the performance of installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
• In charge of maintaining an assigned installation equipment base
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities

• Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices: Perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring all devices run smoothly.
• Work on Major Installations and Projects: Contribute to large installations, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure success.
• Proactive Customer Engagement: Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and offering proactive support.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for performance improvement and resolve issues independently.
