Product Marketing

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of product messaging, value propositions, and positioning for assigned products or solutions.
• Create and update marketing assets, including product briefs, web content, sales presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and customer-facing materials.
• Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging for both customer-facing and internal audiences.
• Ensure marketing materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with product updates.
• Support and coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities across multiple regions.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder reviews to support launch readiness.
• Track project status and help identify risks or dependencies that may impact delivery schedules.
• Maintain product marketing collateral libraries and content repositories to ensure resources remain up to date and accessible.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Regional Marketing teams, and external agencies to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare marketing briefs and coordinate creative development activities with guidance from senior stakeholders.
• Support alignment across teams to ensure the successful execution of product marketing initiatives.
• Conduct competitive research and monitor market trends relevant to assigned product areas.
• Gather customer, partner, and sales feedback to support ongoing messaging and positioning improvements.
• Maintain competitive battlecards and internal knowledge resources.
• Support sales enablement efforts through the creation and maintenance of product resources, FAQs, and competitive materials.

Senior Product Marketing Specialist

• Own messaging and positioning for key products across the Cision portfolio, translating product capabilities into clear customer value
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches, releases, and strategic initiatives, including audience definition, value proposition, launch strategy, enablement, and adoption plans
• Create compelling sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, talk tracks, competitive battlecards, product one-pagers, objection handling, and customer-facing narratives
• Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities, customer needs, market trends, and product differentiation
• Support analyst relations, market evaluations, and strategic briefings with strong product narratives, proof points, and differentiation
• Use customer, competitor, and market insights to inform positioning, packaging, roadmap discussions, and commercial strategy
• Develop persona-led messaging for different industries and markets
