• Lead, empower and develop the team of product managers to ensure the best possible sales and customer support
• Ensure the continuous optimization of the cross-crop portfolio according to internal and external factors
• Drive the development of cross-crop tools and services
• Ensure the delivery of content to the marketing department to support the promotion of tools as well as content for marketing material on all channels
• Ensure mid- and long-term cross-crop portfolio by testing, trialing and registration
• Plan trials, field demos, training and activities within the limits of the agreed budget
• Optimize product and service offers for the Turkish market to deliver max. value for customers
• Drive the change process to a customer centric organization

Lead, Product Management – Agroservice

• Define and drive product strategy for assigned squads
• Translate FMCG customer needs into technical requirements
• Prioritize features balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Own the roadmap from data ingestion through AI-powered insights
• Define success metrics and measure product impact
• Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture decisions
• Work with FDEs to gather customer feedback and validate solutions
• Drive adoption of agentic and conversational capabilities
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and integrations
• Present product vision to stakeholders and customers
