Product Manager

• Own product areas across the learner lifecycle — define what to build, why it matters, how success is measured
• Talk to learners constantly and translate what you hear into product decisions
• Identify and ship AI-powered features that add real value, not surface-level integrations
• Instrument your products, run experiments, and use data alongside qualitative insight
• Work closely with engineering and design — create clarity, not overhead

• Contribute to the execution of the product roadmap for Network Observability, including LiveNX and Network Synthetics
• Support the definition and delivery of features for the Network Synthetics product
• Translate product requirements into user stories and maintain a well-prioritized backlog
• Collaborate with internal teams and field stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
• Assist in incorporating AI-driven insights into observability workflows, including event correlation, root cause analysis, and emerging agentic capabilities
• Engage directly with customers and field teams to gather feedback, validate use cases, and understand real-world challenges
• Partner with sales engineers and customer-facing teams to support demos, evaluations, and customer engagements
• Develop training and enablement materials, including documentation, demos, presentations, and customer-facing webinars
• Support go-to-market activities, including product launches and enablement
• Track product performance metrics and contribute to ongoing analysis and reporting

Product Manager, Network Observability

• Own the strategy and execution that positions Fundraise Up as the category leader in key nonprofit verticals.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, collaborate tightly with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success.
• Engage directly with senior nonprofit executives on complex, enterprise-scale deals.
• Set bold vision, raise the bar on execution, and drive measurable revenue growth and market dominance.
• Develop deep expertise in Core Markets — understand segments, buying behaviors, procurement and RFP patterns, compliance requirements.
• Define and own the Core Markets strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across verticals; articulate crisp bets with quantified business cases.
• Hire, mentor, and inspire 2–5 PMs (vertical leads).

Director of Product, Core Markets

• Maintain end-to-end operational control of the product lifecycle — from ideation to post-production monitoring — with military-grade discipline and pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Daily Product Command — Manage every phase of the product lifecycle on a daily and hourly basis.
• Product Backlog Management — Keep a refined, prioritized backlog of features, bugs, and improvements.
• Feature Discovery & Delivery — Lead ideation, research, competitive benchmarking, and delivery of new features on schedule.
• UI/UX Perfection — Enforce pixel-perfect design standards, instantly spotting micro-alignment issues.
• UX Research Management — Maintain an ongoing competitor intelligence and UX research update process.
• Post-Production Control — Monitor releases in real time, addressing any issues immediately.
• Product Events & Monitoring — Maintain thresholds, alerts, and proactive monitoring to catch anomalies early.
• Mixpanel Execution — Use Mixpanel, product metrics, event tracking, funnels, heatmaps, and session replays to monitor key product metrics and drive product backlog ideas forward.
• Twice-Daily Feedback Loops — Provide detailed feedback to all Dev and Data Analytics teams at least twice per day to ensure alignment and speed.
• Team Coordination — Facilitate the daily backlog of action items for Product Owner, QA, Dev, and Data teams, enforcing accountability.

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
• Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce's own product direction (three releases per year) and position Flosum to capitalize on every platform shift.
• Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
• Pioneer agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Translate complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into elegant product solutions.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos for strategic accounts, and close competitive evaluations.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
• Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.
