Product Manager

• Develop new products, enhance features, and improve conversion rates to grow the business.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and analysis phases.
• Guarantee seamless user experiences across web, mobile platforms, and backend systems.
• Analyze user behavior through web analytics to continually improve core benchmarks.
• Write high-level Business Requirement documents for new products and improvements to existing ones.
• Collaborate with multiple departments including R&D, payments, customer support, CRM, designers, and analytics.
• Provide timely progress reports to collaborators, highlighting successes and addressing delivery risks with mitigation strategies.
• Conduct market research on mobile and web products, identifying trends, innovations, and changes within the international gaming industry.

Product Owner

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure optimal value delivery and delivery commitments.
• Provide clear acceptance criteria and make decisions regarding scope and priority.
• Work closely with Agile development team to support planning, refinement, delivery, testing, and acceptance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, IT, customer operations, legal, compliance, finance, and network domains.
• Ensure solutions are in line with IT Strategy & Architecture, compliant with applicable regulatory, privacy, security, and operational standards.
• Manage dependencies across teams, systems, and business functions.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven prioritization and iterative delivery.
