• Curate, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog, ensuring items are ready for planning and aligned with product strategy.
• Lead backlog refinement and collaborate with UX design, and engineering on specifications and testability.
• Define and uphold the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done with the team.
• Ensuring delivery of PI Objectives and identifying risks and dependencies.
• Accept or reject completed backlog items based on acceptance criteria and DoD.
• Monitor and report on team KPIs, ensuring transparency via backlogs, boards, and metrics.
• Ensure built-in quality, testability, and automation readiness across backlog items.
• Work with other Product Owners and Architects to manage interfaces, dependencies, and integration needs.
• Strive for continuous improvement in processes, practices, and product outcomes.

Product Owner, Data, Analytics & AI

• We are looking for a Product Manager to join the EU DMS product organisation, reporting to the Head of EU DMSs.
• You will work across multiple Dealer Management Systems in the EU region — defining priorities, grooming the backlog rigorously alongside Product Owners, shaping roadmap direction, engaging directly with Keyloop colleagues across multiple functions, and influencing programme-level decisions.
• This role requires an AI-first mindset from day one, using AI as your default tool for how you work.
• Own and communicate the product roadmap for your DMS scope, aligning it with Keyloop’s broader platform strategy.
• Translate market signals, customer feedback, and OEM requirements into a prioritised set of themes, initiatives, and epics.
• Develop and maintain a clear view of the competitive landscape in the European DMS market, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and dealer groups to understand their operational pain points, validate product direction, and gather feedback on delivered features.
