Product Designer

• Lead and independently manage engagements or major workstreams within large programmes, providing final review on deliverables
• Support and manage project teams, ensuring workloads are balanced and conducting regular project retrospectives
• Execute rigorous analysis to build evidence supporting strategy development and change, and develop informed recommendations
• Lead engagements from scoping through delivery, working closely with Deloitte Partners and internal teams to address clients’ strategic challenges
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, shaping strategic hypotheses and recommendations, and acting as a trusted advisor
• Plan and manage moderately complex projects on time and within budget, including billing, quality control, risk management, and team planning
• Take a leadership role in business development, identifying opportunities for broader offerings and contributing to sales materials and pursuit processes
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues to develop their technical and soft skills and support their career growth
• Build personal brand and subject matter expertise by proactively developing skills, seeking feedback, and sharing insights with colleagues
