Product Designer

• Lead the charge for our automated compliance engine, working within a dedicated, cross-functional team to embed seamless compliance checks (such as real-time sanctions screening), DISI, KYC/KYB, and automotive Proof of Insurance - (POI) directly into our digital flows.
• Animate an empowered product duo or trio (Product Manager, Designer, Engineer) dedicated to making regulatory compliance effortless, invisible, and bulletproof across Qover's embedded product portfolio.
• Deeply understand legal requirements, user friction points, and partner needs, continuously delivering valuable, usable, feasible, and compliant solutions that scale globally and contribute directly to Qover's strategic objectives.
• Manage Compliance as a Product, turning complex regulatory frameworks into automated, high-performance API services and frictionless user journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering to break down complex regulatory rules into modular, releasable software components.
• Partner with engineering to ensure compliance services are high-performing, robust, audit-ready, and scalable for massive transactional volumes.

Product Manager – Compliance by Design

• Grow the design practice: you will coach fellow designer(s) & introduce better processes. You are a multiplier: your thinking and ways of working elevate everyone around you.
• Drive the full design process: from early discovery, user journey mapping and MVP scoping through low-fidelity sketches and flows to high-fidelity prototypes and development handoff.
• Take responsibility for Optimile's design system ensuring UI consistency and design-to-development efficiency across all applications.
• Own design quality across multiple squads: You ensure our products evolve in line with modern UX standards, accessibility requirements and industry regulations. You act as the Voice of the User.
• You set up and improve how we are doing user research: user adoption, feedback and utilization metrics to continuously iterate and improve.
• Bring AI into the design workflow: you actively use AI tools to move faster and explore more options and you help fellow designer(s) adopt practices that make the whole team more effective.
• Be part of several squads: you actively take up the designer role in 2-3 squads on a day to day basis.

Design Lead

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
• Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces
• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts
• Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief
• Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration
• Push ideas further through experimentation and thoughtful challenge
• Communicate design reasoning clearly and confidently
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
