Senior Product Analyst, Wealth

• This position will focus on product data and business intelligence.
• Support a wide range of business initiatives including analytics, reporting, product filings and the development of new product capabilities.
• Work closely with multiple business and IT areas including agency operations.
• Support product management by delivering critical analytical insights; research, conduct high-quality analyses, reports, and communicate key product performance metrics.
• Develop and program scalable and flexible data reporting and analysis solutions to fulfill the team's needs.
• Monitor product performance/results in coordination with actuarial, loss analytics and performance analytics.
• Find areas of weakness and opportunity based on book performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to formulate an analytic data-driven approach.
• Provide guidance, collaboration, and execution of advanced data analysis.
• Participate in testing and QA work of various inputs to and outputs from the data warehouse and Business Intelligence applications.

• Monitor the marketplace for emerging opportunities and identify competitor and industrial changes impacting the effectiveness of the current product offers and pricing position.
• Work with business stakeholders to provide technical and analytical leadership, controlling aspects of the development of project deliverables including cross-functional program management, data gathering and manipulation, analysis and modelling, and communication of insights and recommendations.
• Provides data mining, pattern and root cause analyses to help business units understand areas of untapped opportunity.

• Understand the portfolio of IT systems used by the company, with the ability to specialize in specific applications and thereby develop deep product/BPM expertise.
• Support and/or facilitate system demonstrations through inspect-and-adapt workshops as needed.
• Help manage dependencies with other squads, working closely with the Squad's PO, peer product analysts, and the Product Manager.
• Track metrics and build reports to measure progress.

• Collaborate with Technology teams to clarify requirements and support accurate interpretation of product vision and intended outcomes.
• Lead operational readiness activities for product launches, including documentation, client communication, and implementation process development.
• Build and maintain subject matter expertise for the assigned debit product portfolio and provide product support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to product roadmap execution by identifying enhancement opportunities and supporting commercialization activities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen product delivery, operational workflows, and client experience.

• Partner with Law, Actuarial, and Coverage teams on product development.
• Coordinate with ISO marketing to promote product changes.
• Research and present ISO panel items.
• Communicate ISO activities to customers and industry stakeholders.
