Product Analyst

• Lead the initial analysis phase — document complex financial data structures, transformation logic, and end-to-end data lineage across ingestion, internal data models, and downstream feeds (ledger, risk/margin, audit).
• Translate business and regulatory needs into clear, prioritised user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and groom the product/team backlog; run sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies; manage change control.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, client-side project managers, and the development team.
• Stay engaged through the full UAT/SIT cycle — triage results, explain unusual outcomes, support bug resolution, and drive delivery of post-go-live enhancements (e.g. account/entity setup automation).
• Collaborate effectively within a complex, controls-heavy banking environment.
