• Provide insurance related information and guidance to field/clients

Insurance Sales Producer

• oversee and support scripted television projects across all phases of the production lifecycle
• serve as a key liaison between creative, production, legal, finance, labor relations, post-production, and external partners
• manage multiple scripted television projects simultaneously through development, writers' rooms, production, post-production, and wrap
• serve as the primary Studio Production contact for day-to-day operational needs across assigned projects
• coordinate writers' room launches, including office space, staffing logistics, onboarding, funding, technology, payroll setup i-9 verification, and vendor management
• oversee production startup processes, including project funding, entity setup, production office establishment, and crew onboarding
• manage production compliance training by coordinating anti-harassment training enrollment, training links, tracking completion, and following up to ensure timely compliance
• partner with Production Executives, Production Finance, Legal Affairs, Business Affairs, Human Resources, Post Production, and external production teams to facilitate project needs and resolve issues
• prepare, review, track, and submit guild and union documentation, including WGA, DGA, SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, Teamsters, and other labor-related paperwork
• manage writing credits administration, including Notices of Tentative Writing Credits (NTWCs), writer payments, script assignments, and arbitration-related submissions
• coordinate director and writer deal memo execution and track compliance with studio, guild, and contractual requirements
• review and monitor production reports, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and other key production documentation
• oversee onboarding and training of production coordinators, writers' assistants, script coordinators, and other support staff on studio policies and procedures
• administer production management systems, including Scenechronize, Debut, Box and other studio platforms

Senior Manager, Studio Production

• Own episodes from conception to publishing. This includes research, booking, recording, producing the episode, and working with the sound engineer on final edits and mixes.
• Direct and manage all talent (commentators, guests), ensuring everyone is properly briefed with overall vision for each segment and episode.
• Consistently generate timely and thoughtful segment/interview ideas in alignment with CT’s Declaration of Principles.
• Moderate recorded conversations with commentators and guests, including intermittent 1:1 interviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Advertising to extend reach of Bulletin content to multiple CT platforms.
• Oversee content and growth of The Bulletin substack account to further engage the show audience.
• Build bench of premier guest commentators to enhance the show’s credibility.
• Work directly with host, scripting and refining questions, prepping them for recording sessions, and directing in Riverside.
• Coach CT editors to translate their written pieces into compelling audio episodes.
• Contribute to programming strategy, helping identify potential episode ideas and experiments in format that can deepen listener loyalty and expand what the show can do.
• Lead weekly cadence of post-mortem meetings and writer’s room meetings for development of content and continual show improvement.
• Meet weekly with associate producer to review show lineups, check progress, and conduct long-term planning.
• Maintain production spreadsheet, which includes show summaries, episode text, production schedule (air dates), and booking details.
• With data analyst and production team, ensure episode metrics are captured and recorded for every episode.
• Conduct monthly team business meeting to review show metrics, team goals, marketing, advertising, and special projects
• Work with Coordinating Producer to maintain a healthy show budget.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Podcast Producer

• Lead and develop a high-performing operations management team.
• Oversee staffing, development, and performance management programs.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and production targets are met.

• Oversee processes related to affidavits and disclosures, premium tax reporting and remittance, stamping office submissions, broker responsible forms and policy documentation and record retention.

Surplus Lines Designated Responsible Licensed Producer

• Prepare and produce daily ESPN Chicago talk programming, including show planning, segment development, research, and live broadcast execution.
• Collaborate with hosts and Content leadership to create engaging, timely, and relevant sports content.
• Manage the flow of live broadcasts, support on-air talent, and ensure smooth execution of all show elements.
• Research topics, gather audio and music elements, screen calls, and support daily content preparation.
• Create, edit, and publish podcasts and on-demand audio content.
• Develop production elements including bumpers, liners, audio drops, sound effects, station imaging, and other audio assets.
