Producer

• Provide insurance related information and guidance to field/clients
• Prospect, identify, and develop new clients from referral or cold calling
• Educate clients on HUB’s value, service, and offerings
• Prepare/assist in contracting of clients and any required paperwork
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of HUB’s core business partners and their products
• Work optimally with team to ensure sales targets are achieved
• Work with clients to ensure the optimal coverage is offered, including quoting and/or follow-up
• Support clients by providing technical support, product education, etc.
• Maintain and continually update HUB’s client database
• Attend and participate in ongoing education for industry knowledge

Insurance Sales Producer

• Handle high-exposure, complex casualty and liability claims, with a focus on energy, oil & gas, construction, and large commercial risks
• Lead investigations, coverage analysis, and resolution strategies for multi-million-dollar claims
• Manage first- and third-party losses, including litigated matters
• Coordinate with legal counsel, experts, and carriers to drive efficient claim outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during critical, high-stakes situations
• Leverage existing relationships and market presence to generate new business and drive revenue growth
• Act as a named or preferred adjuster on programs, accounts, and contracts
• Identify and convert opportunities within carriers, MGAs, brokers, TPAs, and corporate clients
• Play a key role in expanding Davies’ footprint in large casualty and energy sectors
• Serve as a senior-facing partner to clients, delivering a best-in-class experience
• Strengthen and expand strategic relationships through credibility, responsiveness, and results
• Represent Davies in the market as a thought leader and industry expert
• Manage litigated claims in collaboration with defense counsel
• Act as an Appraiser and/or Umpire on complex disputes
• Provide expert insight on claim strategy, valuation, and resolution
• Respond to large loss assignments and catastrophe events as needed
• Maintain a strong field presence for high-severity and complex claims
