Pricing Analyst

• Execute pricing analyses and support pricing decisions across product areas
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Product Management and stakeholders
• Maintain and improve pricing tools, templates, and reports
• Monitor pricing performance and support adjustments based on market and cost changes
• Prepare and present pricing reports, insights, and recommendations
• Collaborate with product teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution

• Provide timely responses to clients on pricing, bid, contract, and rate-related enquiries
• Analyse, evaluate, and process pricing, bid, contract, and rate requests for export shipments within the intra-Asia region
• Collate market feedback, conduct data analysis, and support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and policies
• Monitor market supply and demand trends closely and adjust pricing policies in response to changing market conditions
• Ensure all contracts and rate filings are implemented accurately and executed in compliance with contractual terms
• Monitor and analyse vessel performance to support operational efficiency and commercial objectives
• Proactively engage with external stakeholders on rate enquiries, tender submissions, market practices, and other commercial matters

Pricing Analyst – Intra-Asia

• Localize our Recharge product pricing approach towards Codashop
• Build and scale consumer fee implementation across products and countries.
• Analyse short and long term effects of pricing implementation
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders on activities and outcomes
• Optimise and design our price management tooling with Product teams
• Optimise our price presentation with our Product and UX teams
• Extend and improve competitor scraping with our Pricing Operations team to strengthen our market positioning.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pre-award contracting, including customer calls and business development support.
• Provide general account call and reporting support for key customers, both internal and external.
• Client Contract escalation support.
• Act as the Finance SME for RFI responses.
• Develop and negotiate commercial terms for transactional opportunities.
• Gain and file approvals for transactional commercial terms per CBP.
• Develop, negotiate, contract, and oversee partnership-level commercial terms, including rate cards, volume discounts, and fixed units.
• Maintain an inventory of managed customer MSAs and finance-related content.
• Coordinate with Business Finance to ensure completeness of volume discounts/rebates and quality check outputs.
• Create and maintain account guidance/documentation for MSA terms and other account financial knowledge.
• Direct the Rates team to develop and update client-specific rates and rate cards.
• Lead, coordinate, and negotiate rate renewals for functional service offerings (FSP).
• Conduct internal MSA training on finance aspects in partnership with Legal and Ops.
• Drive MSA financial compliance, including rate card usage and volume agreements.
• Attend required client governance meetings.
• Act as the deal SME for RFI responses.
