• Design and build the agent harness: runtime, orchestration, tool and MCP integration, context and memory, evaluation, guardrails and observability
• Build golden paths and reusable patterns
• Define the oversight model: policy-as-code, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, loop and failure detection
• Integrate agents with the systems they act on: CI/CD, infrastructure, cloud services, observability and ticketing
• Make agentic productivity measurable
• Mentor teams, run enablement, and reduce friction between Dev, Ops, Security and the people adopting agents.

Senior Platform Engineer – Agentic AI, Harness Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for production applications with attention to performance, cost, and reliability
• Collaborate with the Platform and Infrastructure Lead and the Tech team to bring ML models into production
• Define and manage technical solutions for product development projects, taking ownership from design to delivery
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, seeking full automation wherever possible
• Contribute to Agile processes, documentation, and team-wide engineering practices
• Participate in recruitment interviews and help build a diverse, high-performing team

• Own and evolve ~20 Lambda-based microservices (Python 3.14, AWS CDK, aws-lambda-powertools)
• Design domain event patterns across services using EventBridge, SQS, and SNS
• Own services end-to-end: ensuring correct schema design → maintaining self-service deployment → alerting → on-call
• Build AI/ML integrations using Google Generative AI, semantic search, and recipe understanding pipelines
• Keep AWS spend honest: right-size memory/timeout configs, eliminate wasteful invocation patterns
• Grow the team's skills through mentoring, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other technical initiatives
