Platform Engineer

• Lead design and development of cutting-edge end-to-end reference system stack for 5G/6G baseband system
• Optimizing CPU, GPU and NIC sub-systems for predictable low-latency and maximum throughput
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in CPU, GPU and NIC sub-systems
• Work in lab environment to troubleshoot and integrate complex software modules
• Develop software, implementing new baseband functions in C/C++/Python/CUDA on a GPU platform
• Support system integration, performance testing, system demonstration and lab trials for end-to-end system
• Be a technical bridge between engineering team and partners/customers engineering team
• Engage with customer field trials and technical teams
• Help in implementing missing features to unblock progress at customers/partners and in benchmarking and develop/evaluate test tools for Aerial SDK evaluation

Senior Software Engineer – Aerial Platform

• Own our Google Cloud infrastructure: GKE clusters, Cloud SQL, PubSub, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and the services that run on top of them
• Lead our logging infrastructure rebuild — moving from a high-cost, high-convenience setup toward a tiered architecture that balances cost and debuggability
• Drive infra cost optimization as an ongoing owned responsibility, not a one-time project
• Manage and improve our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and deployment automation
• Own our observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, alerting, SLOs
• Review our security posture in Google Security Command Center, implement improvements, and own our response to security audits and customer security reviews
• Configure and maintain IAM, GCP Secret Manager, VPC firewall rules, Kubernetes network policies, and namespace isolation across our private GKE cluster
• Design and practice disaster recovery procedures
• Automate away operational toil - if something happens more than twice, it should not happen manually a third time
• Write documentation and playbooks; we prefer collaborative problem-solving over working in silos

• Work on AI agents with tracing, evals, and quality gates
• Make governance and guardrails: policy-as-code, zero-trust, compliance automation
